Fantastic support staff. Thorough, patient, and kind. Doc was good too! Feel a bit tricked by Zocdoc that they didn't actually take my insurance for a standard check-up, but they were transparent about it from the get go.

There is a great selection of frames and the staff helped choose a great pair. My glasses arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend this doctor and her team.

I had a great experience for my first eye exam! She explained everything super clearly and answered my questions thoughtfully and well.

Got upsold probably a little on the glasses, but the experience was great, everyone was really nice. Really cool technology to check eyes. Sales on the glasses weren't pressured, the person was kind showed many options.

I have never paid that much for an annual vision check in my life.
The exam font size seemed smaller than usual. Maybe this makes it more accurate, but it is humbling when you know you have decent vision. The doctor's voice is way too loud. I was surprised to see so many measurements to fit frames as no one I know has ever had that done. Front office staff were friendly and I did find frames I liked and got updated scripts, but I don't think the customer service is worth it.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had at a doctor's office! From the minute we walked in, everyone in the staff was extremely kind and helpful, along with the fact that everything was clean and the vibe was amazing. The doctor's saw us in no time, listened, was extremely kind and answered all of our questions and concerns. The equipment was clean and looked brand new. All in all, our problem was resolved and we will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Parking on the street was easy to find (if not, there are a couple garages nearby). Staff was super friendly. Dr. Sara Varghai answered all of my questions and I appreciated that she showed me the pictures they take of my eyes and explained what she looks for with some of the hereditary eye issues that I may find myself in the future. I went for a contacts fitting but also ended up getting contacts and a new pair of glasses that was part of a package deal. Overall- a great experience.
