I arrived 15 minutes early and followed all instructions. I waited for 45 minutes in front of the closed, unlit door. When I contacted the office, they informed me that my appointment, scheduled the previous day, had not been received and that they were not in the office that day. Due to the urgency, I scheduled a new appointment with a different clinic.
