NovaMind Psychiatry

Amy Falzone, DNP is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In addition to obtaining her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, she completed advanced clinical training at the world-renown Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Her approach is grounded in truly listening to your story, understanding your goals, and partnering with you to create a treatment plan that feels supportive, realistic, and effective. During your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free space where the focus is entirely on understanding you and your needs. Amy will start by getting to know your concerns, your history, and what brought you to seek care. You'll talk about your symptoms, daily functioning, past treatments, and goals — all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Amy's goal in this initial visit is to create a clear picture of what you’re experiencing so she can develop a personalized treatment plan. This may include discussing therapy options, lifestyle supports, or medications when appropriate. You’ll always have the opportunity to ask questions, express preferences, and take an active role in your care.
