this was a terrible experience. at the very least, staff shouldn’t be gossiping about patients while other patients can hear! then it took almost an hour to be seen and there was 8 people doing completely nothing. not too mention, Zocdoc was supposed to send me in-network only and sent me out of network. very unpleasant experience, won’t recommend to anyone ever.

I had the last appt so I was seen quickly. Came in for flu like symptoms. Given antibiotics to help with the infection.. My only issue was my blood pressure was high 150/93 and the nurse assistant just recommended me check later at home. That was high for me . I would recommend taking someone blood pressure serious. I have just started having blood pressure problems 5 months ok . So those numbers are concerning. Maybe next time check it again if someone else ever has elevated numbers .Don’t assume it was elevated because I was anxious going to urgent care. I said my BP does not elevate for that reason. Just my thoughts.

This medical facility welcomed me when I arrived before my appointment time. They completed all my vitals and lab work within a short amount of time. The PA was knowledgeable, asked me questions, and made healthcare decisions that were similar to other doctors I had previously visited. The medical office assistant was thorough, detailed in her instructions, and friendly. I actually enjoyed this healthcare visit - rare for me.

I was able to attain an appointment quickly which was definitely needed as I had a UTI that was very painful. I had tried getting an appointment with my urologist but any visit was far enough in future to not be acceptable. Everyone at this facility was very professional but also very personable. I was given urine test quickly and a prescription was sent promptly to my pharmacy and started on cure for my UTI. Thank you Novant Health Urgent Care Mint Hill.

I had to make an appointment at the urgent care facility because my doctor was unable to see me today and I could not wwait until a later date to see someone. Overall the experience was great. The staff members I dealt with were very friendly and caring and made the whole experience as pleasant and comfortable as a visit to a doctor can be. All the tests and the exam were done quickly and I was very happy with the way they explained everything and listened to me and answered any questions I had. I would definitely return in the future if needed.

Following instructions online prior to visit was most helpful to the staff upon arrival. Dr, Jeanne Sweeney NP was warm and welcoming. Asking a few questions and listening attentively to my symptoms was a comfort. Suggestions were clearly discussed and questions I had cleared up. Prescriptions were sent to my nearest pharmacy and picked up the same day. My visit was thorough and pleasing in the end. :}
