They make it very simple with clear directions on what to do. They send you reminders 2 days in advance. The 2 people who took the Co-pay each time were pleasant and asked if any issues. The best thing- NP Patton thought she had hung up with me and told her medical assistant “I love it when I can help someone- love it”. Then I let her know I was still connected. This is what being a healer is about. Genuinely caring for a patient whether it be in an office or telemedicine. What people need to know- because I’m a Nurse - it is not the building or location that makes the practitioner, it’s the care they give you.
