I was hesitant but ready to get my ingrown toenail done as I'd had it done 2 times previously, but it kept coming back. Dr. Lin was extremely clear about what we needed to do to fix it AND prevent this issue from happening again. The procedure was smooth and I am glad it's finally done!! The office staff was helpful and friendly and the facility was very nice and clean. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs a podiatrist!

Dr Lin was awesome. My toe was in so much pain for days and I couldn’t find a provider that would see me. He was my last hope and he took care of my toe with little to no pain and explained what he was doing the entire time. He spoke to me like a person not just another procedure. 10/10 would recommend. So i gave 3 stars because i had some concerns with his rush to surgery but the visit was pleasant and prompt. It was a first time visit and no conservatives treatment was ever offered or even mentioned. He immediately came in and said i needed surgery on a mild issue. There was no other alternative even discussed. Had a second opinion the next day and this doctor could not believe surgery was mentioned on a first visit or at all and told me it was an extreme measure for a small problem and didn't recommend it at all. I have been in healthcare a long time and i would never feel comfortable with someone performing surgery on me who only spent 10 minutes getting to know my issue. He may very well know what he is doing, but even insurance do not approve surgery without conservative measures being addressed first. The visit left me unsure of what the motive was. Invasive measures came before conservatives.

Dr. Lin listened to my concerns about my foot and was very patient, respectful and empathetic. Great bedside manner as well. Would definitely recommend him! And also as a trial run, they are doing Saturday appointments as well, which is even more convenient!

Dr Lin is probably the most patience and understanding doctor i have ever met. He listened to my issue and thoroughly explained to me what is wrong with my feet and went into how to get me fixed up. He never rush me and he was extremely kind and well mannered. I am very appreciated that he was able to stay late for me and I never feel hurry that he has to get out of the office. He is the best and I highly recommend him to anyone with foot issue!!! He is great!!!!
