It was easy to speak with the doctor that I was provided. She was clear and very responsible about asking me about my issues, symptoms, and what I’m already using for medication. She was very professional direct and competent. I highly recommend this to anybody else that thinks that they have mental issues that need to be dealt with ,thank you

I went to the address listed. It did not exist. I tried calling the office multiple times. No one answered. I really needed to speak to somebody to clear my mind and this just made my day so much worse spoke to the building owner at the property. He has never heard of the clinic in his life. Now my whole day is ruined and I am triggered beyond belief and now I don’t want mental help even though I really need it thanks a lot terrible experience do not recommend.

My appointment with Dr. Usry was fine. I was expecting more questions from her about the details of my mental health but it was fine. What wasn’t fine, was that my prescription was never filled. I messaged her through the online portal and got no response. I’ve been putting off getting medication for so long, just working through my issues best as I could, so for me to finally get to the point of getting help just to not actually get the help - beyond disappointing.
