I waited 30 minutes to be seen by a different doctor than I booked. Not helpful and prescribed me OTC medication without telling me. Proceeded to not call in the prescription and I had to call his office to get it filled. Not a helpful doctor either. Seemed in a rush to leave and didn’t seem knowledgeable.

Didn't prescribe anything for the severe pain, just the cause of the pain. Dr. Ghadimi said he would Rx oxy as I told him my last doctor did and only Rx'd 2 Rxs. I called his office and they told me it takes longer to Rx that med. I called back later and told them if you don't want to Rx the oxy please Rx me another drug other than ibuprofen because I can't take it due to the other meds I'm on. Nothing! My gout pain is excruciating and I'm still experiencing it. I can barely walk. His doubt of my previous doctor's Rx'd meds made me leary going forward with him. He proved my doubt!

Robert Galey was nothing short of amazing. He is incredible. I could tell he was really listening and that he really cared what I was going through! I am a student nurse myself so I am being taught the essentials of bedside manner right now and Robert is the epitome of a nurse!! I have honestly lost a bit of faith in our healthcare system since the last time I went to a provider it was a mess, but now I definitely will be seeing Robert regularly. Thank you so much!!

Overall the appointment was good.
Dr Galey listened and looked at my thyroid levels and my concerns & refilled my prescriptions. There was a little miscommunication with booking the appt with the office and insurance but we got it sorted out within a few days and I was able to make an appt and see the Dr.

The doctor did everything needed, i thought he was good. Although I have been waiting 3 going on 4 days for them to put the order in for me to do my bloodwork. I’ve been waiting for them and have called them twice. The first time they said it takes a day or two, and never heard anything. And the second time I called the lady said they will get around to it. Now it’s been 4 days and nothing. Little frustrating I may just go with another doctor I would like to figure out what’s going on with my health

I was seen by Dr. Nima Ghadimi. He made what was an emotional and mentally draining appt turn into something that made me realize just how much I had been neglecting myself. I was very impressed and appreciative of my Nurse Practitioner's understanding of my health concern. He gave me a well rounded battery of medicines to use as needed, (except for the antibiotics - always finish those!) and he understood how I felt.
This was my first Zocdoc visit but it will not be my last.
I was able to book my appointment at 3AM, be seen at 10AM and on my medications by 12:30PM. Amazing!

I confirmed this appointment 4 times twice on the phone once on an email and they sent me a confirmation text in the morning ? which I again confirm this was a very important appointment. They waited until 15 minutes before my appointment when we were arriving to call me and tell me it was canceled even though this disappointment was confirmed four times!!!

I am so glad I found this practice. They are amazing. Little to no wait time. Very relaxing waiting area. Clean rooms. Great front desk staff. Vincent does a great job at getting the appointment started. Robert is an amazing listener and let me say everything I needed to before offering me tools and advice to help fix my problems. Entire appointment for consultation took less than 45 minutes! I usually wait at least 20-30 to be seen at most offices. I am excited and happy to have this team on my side.
