My appointment was at 4:30 pm. Nobody had joined the call by 5:05 pm. I called to cancel appointment and immediately was put on hold, after waiting for a few minutes, I then noticed the appointment was closed and it said book again.

Disorganized mess. They sent the new patient forms 5 minutes before the appointment time. I can’t be seen until it’s all filled out.
After being seen it was decided to have labs and a xray done. The “orders” they sent were NOT ORDERS! They sent my actual evaluation paperwork to the offices.
There is no way to get them on the phone. You have to leave a message and they’ll get back to you the next business day.

Didn’t seem to listen to my symptoms as he was going to prescribe something completely different than what the symptoms I was describing.

The wait was super long for a telehealth appointment, but worth it! The office called me and apologized and rescheduled me that same day. They were super nice and I have no issues. Just be prepared you may have to be flexible when scheduling appointments because they may get backed up. Robert was amazing and listened to my concerns and offered helpful solutions trying to address the root of the problem and not just treating symptoms.

Unfortunately this appointment felt like a shove of medicine instead of trying to figure out what could be wrong with my gut. No mention of my gut was actually had. Which was very strange considering that’s why I booked this appointment. The office ended up sending me a message 30 minutes prior to my appointment saying I had to call to over things or it would be canceled. Why they couldn’t do that days prior… I’m not too sure. Just seems like a waste of time and money unfortunately. ?

Not so great I was told I was getting a prescription because I have herniated disc and back pain and it’s severe and I’m trying to move and the prescriber sent a prescription and told me to contact him if I have any issues so I waited all day and all night prescriber canceled the prescription because I had received a different med and a lower dose from A different type of scope of provider and nobody bothered to call and tell me that so I sat and waited in pain for 24 hours only to be told by a medical assistant at the desk that now all of a sudden I did all that for nothing so I wasted my time until I got established with my PCP? Complete waste of my time I could’ve went to the ER like I was expecting the only thing that I actually needed. I couldn’t get no one bothered to tell me that great job filling my insurance and wasting my time frustration dealing with the Pharmacy. Provider told me to contact him if I had an issue so I worked all night in excruciating pain for nothing

She is fantastic. Very easy to talk with! She is kind, compassionate and thorough. I have alot of different symptoms and concerns. She made sure she had all the information. She even took time to write it down just to make sure she had the full picture before coming up with a plan of action for me. This is the first doctor I've had that took time to actually listen and understand, instead of slapping a label of "its because you're overweight that you're having issues". I highly recommend this doctor, as she truly wants to help people and not just push medications to treat the symptom. This doctor treats the actual problem. 10/10

Dr Z was very educated, woman that helped me get a test for a change in tissue and a lump. It went very smoothly however
the dr was honestly perfect for me being in a crappy situation. She was very helpful and I felt she was trustworthy! Which to me is very important.
I would definitely use her again!!
I did try to call the office because I had an additional information that he does not have at the time of the first doctor appointment, and also to find out about another test, but I left a message and I have called during regular business hours and no one called me back and no one answered the phone. Which I found odd.

The doctor was at least 20 minutes late to join the call said that she sent my scripts in. It’s still been three days and nothing from the pharmacy or anything. The clinic hasn’t called me back and I’ve called them multiple times. ?

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. From the moment the provider joined the video appointment, she appeared unprepared and disengaged. She never made eye contact and seemed unfamiliar with the reason for my visit.
Throughout the appointment, I felt that basic questions were not answered, and I was not provided with clear guidance regarding next steps. I often found myself having to ask questions that I expected the provider to address proactively.
The overall interaction felt rushed, unorganized, and unprofessional. I left the appointment feeling frustrated and without confidence that my concerns had been properly addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.
