My appointment was interrupted by the supervisor of whom I was seeing named, Kim. It was very uncomfortable because clearly they both were suggesting I was cancelling a session, when I was simply asking insurance information. It was very uncomfortable, and to be frank, it was on the brink of HIPPA violations. The practitioner was wonderful, but her supervisor was incredibly unprofessional.
