I HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH HER. HAD A TON OF PAPERWORK MADE ME ANSWER UNECCESARY QUESTIONS. FINALLY HAD THE APPOINTMENT TBE NEXT DAY AND SHE WANTED TO CHANGE MY MEDICATION. i TOLD HER THAT i WAS OUT AND WANTED ME TO DO AN EKG AND GATHER MY MEDICAL RECORDS. i THOUGHT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REQUEST THEM? JUST WON'T LISTEN AND i HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE PATIENT HAVING TO SUPPLY HIS OWN MEDICAL RECORDS.
