Roula has been amazing to work with! She was able to FINALLY offer guidance and support after 2.5 years of working with my traditional doctors and going in circles. I was lacking hope in finding answers and turned to the functional route as a new approach. First and foremost, Roula was understanding of my gut issues and overall frustration and impact on life. She was a safe space to fully discuss my concerns physically and emotionally. We did some trials with food adjustments initially, then leaned in to some testing to get a better idea of what was going on. She created an individual plan for me, both food & supplements, and supported me along the way. We tracked symptoms weekly to help guide the process. I fully appreciate how responsive Roula has been - often times getting responses within 24 hours or less. We're still working together on long-term progress and goals, but I'm so thankful that our paths crossed and she's been able to give me hope in moving forward in better health.
