I have been meeting with Alexandria Filingeri, RD, DCN for a few months now. We have worked on my goals of lessoning my medication, eating healthier and exercises. In addition, to giving some thought about changing some habits and making new ones. Ms. Alexandria Filingeri has made me realize that I do have some good ways of staying on track of my health. I have lost some weight as well as trying new foods which is her goal for her patients. I would not hesitate to recommend her to help others, she is easy to speak with and very knowlegedable in her field.
