I’ve been working with Rebecca for 10 months and am having a great experience. She is patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Initially, I was resistant to changing my existing habits. But Rebecca met me where I was and we worked toward my goals together. I feel safe and comfortable working with her. Additionally, I like her pacing of the sessions - we are consistently able to cover all my topics and I feel heard. Finding healthcare providers can be daunting, but I got lucky meeting Rebecca. I really enjoyed my time working with Rebecca. I'd been trying to work on intuitive eating on my own for years, but Rebecca helped me truly integrate the practice into my life. She helped me to identify and reject subtle dieting behaviors and make peace with forbidden foods, all the while making space for self-compassion. My relationship with food and behaviors surrounding it have become much more consistent and less fraught. Doing this kind of work can be very difficult, and Rebecca's warm, encouraging, and non-judgmental attitude made it all the easier.
