I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have been working with nutrition for over 15 years. I work with you as an individual and take into account your lifestyle, medical conditions, and personal goals when helping you with your customized program. My goals are to teach you how to eat a healthy diet for life. I want to give you the confidence and skills needed to choose healthy foods, cook healthy foods, and incorporate healthy foods into your lives without feeling deprived. I can teach you healthy alternatives to comfort foods, desserts, and treats that taste delicious if not better than the traditional recipes. I will work with you to discover how to deal with issues surrounding food and come up with an individualized nutrition plan that will work with your lifestyle. Whether or not you need to take baby steps or a big leap to improving your health and nutrition, I will be there to encourage you every step of the way. Most of all, my goal is to help you overcome nutrition obstacles and improve nutrition to lead you on the path of healing, renewed, and vibrant health.
