The office is small but efficient in it's design. I was taken within minutes of my app't time. The Doctor was charming and professional. She tested my hearing and explained her findings and explained ingrate detail her recommendations. She said I could make a future app't for testing of new hearing aids.

My visit was seamless. There is municipal parking down the block that is very convenient. The office is clean and bright. The receptionist is friendly and helpful and the doctor is straight to the point, thorough in the investigation of your issue and extremely personable. I'd definitely recommend her.

I am very happy with each visit I take my mother to her audiologist Winnie Feng. Ms. Feng is patient, soft spoken, kind and knowledgeable. It is never a hassle to get an appointment as with some doctor offices especially when you let them know your mother has discomfort with hearing piece and you need to see Ms. Feng immediately. Also Ms. Feng keeps to schedule and we rarely have to wait very long for our appointed time . at the same time what I appreciate most about Ms. Feng is her patience and time she takes to work with my mother to have a good fitting well working hearing aid. Ms. Feng has never rushed us through any of our meetings and is always caring and helpful to try to adjust the hearing piece to fit best for my eldlery mother. I like her bright cheery office, her competent efficient staff and her professional kind patient manner with her patients. Highly recommend Ms. Feng,

I was very impressed by the professional manner doctor Feng Gring and her office. I was greeted promptly by her and her staff. The appointment was handled efficiently. She listened to my symptoms and history. See performed a full bank of tests and provided a comprehensive review of the results and options for me. She offered to answer any follow up questions about next steps and the prognosis. Highly recommend her .

Dr. Feng-Gring is very knowledgeable and thorough. I was impressed with her patience, her tone and "playfulness" she showed towards my toddler who was getting his hearing tested. She made him feel very comfortable and he was at ease during the exam. She was forthcoming with explanations and answered all questions we had.

Dr. Feng and her assistant was exceptional and a God-send. I was looking for someone like Dr. Feng for a very long time. She's very patient, talks clearly & slowly and most importantly makes me feel comfortable. Her office location was also very convenient. She was very considerate & courteous about asking me if I would mind letting another patient go ahead of me so, she could dedicate more time with me and my questions/problems. I was more than willing. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Looking forward to my follow-up appt.

I had such a great experience at this office! The doctor Sum Yee was very attentive, friendly, and easy to talk to. She really listened to all of my questions and concerns and took the time to answer everything thoroughly. I also appreciated how professional she was and that the office had all the necessary equipment for testing. Overall, I absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend!
