Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Dr Kachko. For years I had been struggling with acne and tried all sorts of treatments and medication. Nothing really helped. After an initial appointment with Dr Kachko I received a treatment plan that changed my skin within 2 weeks. I’m off my traditional medication, not breaking out at all and all that happened in a super short period of time. We haven’t even reviewed my lab results yet, so whatever his initial treatment plan was, it was some miracle for me. I will be recommending him to all my friends, because this is absolutely incredible. Thank you!

If alternative/naturopathic medicine is what you’re seeking, this is a suggested path, in my opinion. Dr. Kachko’s explanations were clear and thorough. I felt he listened very well, understood, and communicated the best way to move forward for me, in response to my reasons for being there. He questioned me and went over my past medical history with care and thoroughness. Note: This approach does not rule out traditional medicine, but works with it. It was a welcome change from feeling the usual “rushed” and rapid approach taken by most traditional physicians and I felt inspired to follow the techniques prescribed to me for better health and my wellbeing.

There's no praise high enough to describe the quality of care provided by Dr. Robert Kachko as well as the attention and personable service provided by their staff.
Dr. Kachko has been my naturopathic physician for five years. Aside from his very impressive knowledge, you'll not find a kinder, more devoted and genuinely caring doctor. He's helped me immeasurably throughout the years. It's not for nothing Dr, Kachko is beloved by his patients and so respected in his field (president of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians).
Finally, you can count on a very personable, professional, responsive and efficient staff. The office itself is immaculate and comforting to visit.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly upon arrival and during the entire experience. My initial appointment was with Dr. Kachko. He started the session with a comprehensive assessment of my medical background as well as the issue that brought me in. From the start I felt very comfortable speaking with Dr. Kachko; he was thorough, knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions for how to manage my migraines. Something I really appreciated was his transparency. He walked me through each step of the process and its case specific benefits for my migraine symptoms. When it came to the actual acupuncture, the room was super nice and I was very relaxed. I would definitely recommend NY Center for Integrative Medicine and Dr. Kachko to my friends and family.

Dr. Kachko is the most comprehensive and empathic practitioner I have ever visited. I went to him years ago with complaints of digestion issues, fatigue, and anxiety. I remain in his care. He was the first healthcare professional to really HEAR me. His assessment was extremely thorough and he made me feel so much better even in the first visit. I had already been to 20+ doctors looking for support. As I progressed through his care, I benefitted greatly from his acupuncture sessions as well.
