Upon arriving at the clinic, I was warmly greeted by a friendly clerk at the front desk. She helped me smoothly navigate through the initial check-in process. The staff around the office exudes a positive attitude towards clients, making you feel welcomed and valued. Every interaction I had with the staff was positive and professional, with a laid-back demeanor that instilled confidence and comfort.
Dr. Scarano-Afflito is highly professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and provided top-notch bedside manner. She was incredibly informative about my condition and took a straightforward, hands-on approach to the treatment.
I entered the office feeling stiff and left feeling rejuvenated and confident. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this clinic. Parking was easily found at 4 PM, and despite the crowded lobby, the staff was efficient and polite. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

Dr. Scarano-Afflitto was HIGHLY recommended to me by my PCP. Do not be alarmed by a busy waiting room, the office has multiple floors and professionals so people cleared out really quickly to be seen. Dr. Scarano-Afflitto knew EXACTLY what my issue was in a way that I was timid to describe because I felt I was going crazy! Something else I appreciated was her and another team member, Bianca, explaining what they were going to do before they did it and explained how it could/should feel so I felt prepared and comfortable. I felt like a brand new person when I walked out, I could have cried. I never thought I could feel relief in my back again! The receptionists were very kind and polite, every employee that walked by me as I waited said hello. DO NOT hesitate to come here!
