The office was really nice. Everything went well until I was told that they don’t take my insurance. They should have told me that when I booked the appointment. They wanted me to pay cash for the visit. I have a Medicare and a 2nd insurance. I was not going to pay $350 for a consultation. I was very unhappy.

Dr. Cedric Olivera, after a month and a half of my visit at his office , he prescribed me an ontibiotic and another medicine for vaginal infection without any consultation and without any of my knowledge. The CVS Pharmacy send me a message that I have prescription when I picked up the medecine I found that it was from Dr Cedric Olivera I called his office I asked them how did prescribe me a antibiotic if there is no office consultation or telehealth consultation and the most important thing I did not have any infection. I spoke to different person each time I asked to talk to doctor Cedric olivera they kept telling me he will get back to me the next call she told me that the doctor wasn't feeling good and he left the office early when I visited him at the office he said he thinks that I have IC he told no medication needed, and that I just had to go on a diet. How come after 5 weeks, he prescribed me an antibiotic?

Doctor in a bad mood, frustrated, Lack of ethics. You can't even look at the face of the patient you care for. The first time I heard a gynaecologist say he won't do the vaginal exam because it doesn't hurt you, an incomplete gynaecological exam was to make the palpation it looks like the ovaries are in the epidermis the way he did. I may be a Haitian immigrant, but I'm not an idiot, I'm a health professional, I worked in the area of ??women's health, I know how to treat a patient with respect and how to make her confident about her problems. I chose it due to the feedback unfortunately it wasn't the print I saw today, it was the opposite.(

I found Dr. Olivera on ZocDoc because the GYN I’ve been seeing for years moved and I couldn’t find him. I am one that only goes to GYN’s based on personal referrals but I figured I would take a leap of faith and give it a shot. I am so glad I did.
