Horribly experience!! The only sign for parking is for a lot that is NOT anywhere near the actual office although it has a large street number which is correct. I had to go into 3 different buildings and walk a long way in pain and with a cane to find the office. Office is on SECOND floor but building has NO ELEVATOR.
Tiny dirty office crowded with people. There weren’t enough seats. Two people were already standing and one got up to give me her seat saying she didn’t have a cane so she’d try to stand and let me sit. I phoned office 5 times while trying to find out which of 3 buildings marked 200 it was in — 4 times put on hold and once voice mail. Reception person rude.
I didn’t sign in - I just walked out. I wouldn’t trust a doctor who had such a terrible set up and no elevator to second floor office and no signs to guide patients to correct building.

I called the office 3 times prior to my visit and left messages to confirm they take my insurance but no one ever got back to me. I showed up and the phone was ringing constantly while the front desk person played on her phone. I come to find out from her that they do not take my insurance and that I’ve wasted 40 minutes commuting to find out because she is too busy watching TikTok to call someone back. I will take a Bad attitude from a front desk person but I will not take it from a fat and ugly front desk person. Hope this place burns down.

Dr Debiec listened to me unlike the other doctors I had seen. He arranged for me to have testing done and really cared when I told him that the drs I had seen only looked at pieces of me. I needed someone to look at the whole picture. He was very understanding, caring, a good listener and asked smart questions. I highly recommend him.

I saw the Dr. twice. He was very helpful and listened to my issues. His office staff isn’t the most polished and he’s clearly very busy however, my MRI was denied and after some pushing forward of the staff, they got the approval needed. I appreciated that the Dr. divided and conquered as I have multiple issues and he was strategic about what to work on first. The second visit to go over my MRI results was more rushed as the office was super busy but he still explained what was happening and made a recommendation for care that has provided some relief and has helped me focus on where to go from here.

HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE ISSUES IS UNSURPASSED AND HE CREATES TREATMENT OPTIONS, NOT JUST THROW MEDICINE AT SOMETHING !! HE WILL TAKE TIME TO EVALUATE YOUR ISSUE AND CREATE A TREATMENT PLAN THAT BEST SERVES YOU, YOUR CONDITION AND MORE IMPORTANT, YOUR HEALTH !! Doctors know patience by first name. Doctor who actually listens to you. The way old fashion doctors cared about there patience, very rare to today. Not part of group and spends all the time you need. Great doctor to work with.
