NYC Home Rehab Physical Therapy is a modern, patient-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic established in 2025 by Dr. Jerome T. Rivera Jr., Doctor of Physical Therapy. The practice was founded on a simple belief: patients achieve better outcomes when physical therapy is delivered one-on-one with full attention and expert care.

Charmaine Garcia has provided exceptional care for an episode of acute lower back and leg pain. She has guided my progress in four months from a virtual invalid in constant pain to someone comfortably ambulatory—it seems to me a miracle. Charmaine has designed my program, consisting mostly of stretching exercises, supplemented by ultrasound and massage, sought and listened carefully to my feedback, and resourcefully adapted my exercises to fit my evolving abilities and aims.
