Treatments may consist of myofascial trigger point massage, cupping, Theragun vibration therapy, IASTM/Rockblades soft tissue work, goal oriented rehabilitative exercises. Specializing not only in back and neck conditions, we can help with pain in the shoulder, knee, wrist, hip, jaw and more. While chiropractic adjustments are appropriate for some conditions, they are not always necessary, which is why a wide variety of treatment options and education are provided. Located in a gym setting, patients are brought into an encouraging, safe atmosphere where they can bridge the gap from rehab to performance.
