I was Greeted upon entry, and was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. Dr Ruiz, listened to all my questions and answer them , i did not feel rushed. He took care of my needs, definitely recommend.

This is my first time leaving a review, and I feel compelled to do so after my unpleasant experience at this practice. I arrived on time for my confirmed appointment and had already completed all the required forms. However, upon arrival, the medical assistant appeared unaware of my booking. After some verification, they acknowledged that my appointment had indeed been confirmed through Zocdoc.
When it came time to pay the copay, I was informed that the office only accepts cash. Since I only had my debit card with me, I was told that I could not be seen and would need to reschedule. I found this very surprising and disappointing, especially considering I had come in for a sprained ankle and needed medical attention.
