The Family Health Center at New York Medical College (NYMC) offers quality, affordable medical care for you and your entire family.
The Family Health Center is a local outpatient clinic that emphasizes a complete, personal approach to your health. It is staffed by board-certified family physician faculty who are experienced clinicians, dedicated teachers and leaders in their field. It is located adjacent to Touro Dental Health and works in partnership with dental and medical school faculty to provide holistic care for their patients. The Center accepts Medicare, most commercial insurance plans and offers transparent pricing for individuals without insurance.
The Family Health Center is your home for quality patient care, providing wellness care, management of chronic medical problems and a wide range of medical services.

Dr. Paul is the first doctor I’ve seen in the past 9 years that has actually listened to me & given solid advice & plans moving forward. I am blown away at her professionalism & actual care. It feels really rare to get medical care today from someone who is actually interested in you as person & patient. Dr. Paul asked so many questions which makes me feel she has a whole picture approach which I appreciate & have been searching for in health care. She’s very thorough, informative & kind. Probably would not go back. The staff was not friendly and there was no need to get there 15 minutes early. Also, for blood drawing, they fished around for my vein. It was quite painful.

A med student performed the initial intake, but I had ample time with the doctor, who was kind, patient, and thorough. Everyone was very nice and there was minimal wait time. The office is a part New York Medical College, which felt very clean and spacious. It was all surprisingly pleasant

Dr. Rodriguez was the best doctor experience I have had in years! I waited less than 10 minutes to be brought into the exam room where my vitals, etc were taken right away. When Dr. Rodriguez came in moments later she stayed in the exam with me for nearly an hour!!!! I couldn’t believe it. As a new patient she wanted to get every detail of my (and my parents) medical history. She said, in not so many words, if I am going to be your new PCP I want to be sure we are fully on top of everything. I couldn’t believe the time and care she took with me- truly top notch. Answered any and all questions I had while also offering advice. She is amazingly easy to talk to. Just a very kind human being who clearly truly cares about her patients. I am so happy to have found her. I left (after getting all my bloodwork and labs done in the same exam room!) feeling very heard and like I am in great hands as I move into my mid-40’s!!! Highly highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez!!!

Normally I feel like I have to fight to be heard by the doctor, because they spend 5 minutes with me trying to rush to their next patient. She wasn’t like that at all! She was patient, she listened, and treated me like we had all the time in the world to talk. She was wonderful! Great bed side manner, extremely friendly, and very sweet.
