We always have such a wonderful experience with Dr. Gelman! From the very first visit, it was clear that he truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make both kids and parents feel completely at ease. My child actually looks forward to appointments, which says a lot!
The office staff is also friendly and efficient — appointments run smoothly, and we never feel rushed. Dr. Gelman is patient, knowledgeable, and always follows up to make sure everything is going well. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. We feel very lucky to have found him and would recommend Dr. Gelman to any family looking for excellent pediatric care.

I didn't find the reception very polite. It felt like I was bothering her. The doctor was interesting. I felt like I was on trial and not at a 6 month check up for my baby. Lots of personal questions about my life and was pointed out multiple times that I am overweight. Like I know, I lost 100 lbs prior to pregnancy and I am still working on it. And we are here for the baby who is a normal weight and hitting normal milestones. I wanted to do all her shots at once but they decided since I have depression they would separate them so I could checked in on. Like mam, I am doing medication doing well and voluntarily put myself in postpartum counseling. And this appointment isn't about me. This baby has a fairly normal home life. It just rubbed me the wrong way
