Reception was courteous, the waiting area was comfortable, and the attendance room was clean.
The waiting time was reasonable.
The attending nurse and doctor were both very pleasant made me feel at ease, and showed competency in what they did and explained.

I did the paperwork through the link that was sent to me via text. I barely waited in the waiting room. Dr. Hanna was very thorough and made me feel comfortable asking questions about my concerns although she basically confirmed all my worries from the start. We came up with a plan and I look forward to coming back whenever in the future.

Going to a new gyno can be scary but this has been my best experience yet (in my 10 years of gyno history lol). Both the nurse I was seen by first and the doctor were 10/10. They were genuine, caring, informative, and made me feel comfortable right off the bat.

Dr Enas was very attentive, she listened to all my concerns and gave me the necessary info needed to followup with a specialist. My lab results were followed up on immediately. I later had an issue with a prescription and I was able to reach her easily through their portal website.

The staff were polite, professional, & helpful. Dr. H. could learn a few things from them. I came in because while at a fertility clinic I was informed I had tissue that needed to be removed and I wanted a second opinion. If true, it increases my risk of uterine cancer. I relayed this to the doctor & she immediately focused on my age in regard to fertility, but that wasn't what I was there for. I restated why I was there & she says "So what, you you want me to give you a D&C?" I replied that I want to first confirm I need it & screen for cancer risk. She gives me a referral (they don't have any in house labs, etc.) and tells me to schedule a biopsy. She was in the room for maybe 10 minutes. Seriously? I could have done a virtual visit for that. Dr. H was abrasive, brisk, & impatient. She actually seemed annoyed to be speaking with me and spoke condescendingly. I may not be an MD, but I have 2x MS degrees and am in law school. I recognize when a doctor is not a good fit for me.
