I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. Dick Chung, DPM. I came in with persistent foot and ankle pain related to my flat feet and toes deformity, and Dr. Chung took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, explain everything clearly, and offer both immediate relief and a long-term care plan.
He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and never rushed our visits. I appreciated how he broke down the causes of my discomfort. He's kind and professional, and his team is also very friendly and efficient.
If you're dealing with flat feet, ankle problems, or any podiatric concerns, I highly recommend Dr. Chung. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows.

Loretta Cacace, DPM, was FANTASTIC! She took the time to talk to me, explain to me what remedy she thought that would work for me. And was extremely gentle and genuinely cared for me. My experience was great. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in and a nurse let me in right on time for my appointment. While the nurse was going to lead me to the x-ray room, I asked to be seen by the doctor first before any scan. This was no problem at all. After a brief check-up, the doctor met me to look at my ankle and recommended an x-ray which I was able to get done very quickly on site. When I asked if the x-ray would be covered by my insurance, the staff helped me get in touch with my insurance carrier so I could get an answer. The doctor met me again right after my x-ray and explained the cause of my discomfort.
He was very kind, clear, and offered to hop on a call in a few weeks to check on my ankle without me necessarily having to go back for a full appointment unless my ankle was very painful.
The staff was very kind, responsive and the location was very clean and welcoming.
