John was great. Would highly recommend. Nice bedside manner, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His assistant, I think her name was Donna, was professional and efficient yet kind.
Concerns: I waited about 20 minutes before being called in (not the worst, I know). The reception desk, hmmm, they were friendly but not professional in my opinion. Too much loud personal conversation while checking me in and other patients in the waiting area (except for Greg...very quiet and nice). Office camaraderie is great but it should have it's place and boundaries.

I would highly recommend to a friend. What stood out to me was that I did not feel like I was being rushed and that all my concerns were heard. The office was spotless as was the examining room. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The doctor exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with my entire visit. Exceptional experience.
