If you’re looking for exceptional primary care doctor. Look no further Dr. Surbhi Agarwal is the best. Her bedside manner is awesome. She actually listens to your complaints and concerns. She is very thorough, and takes action if needed. Although she is very busy she never made me feel like I was being rushed. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. I walked out of her office feeling like my voice was heard. I wish there were more doctors like her!

I have a lot of medical problems, including one disease that is fairly severe and has caused me more physical pain than I could have ever imagined - for 25 years now. I already had a primary care doctor and was going to see Agarwal because I was literally doctor shopping, I've really been wanting to find someone who could help me manage all of the things wrong with me. WOOOOW! This was the EXACT opposite of what I was looking for. She would go on to tell me that the absolutely crippling disease I have did not cause pain if it was controlled. THIS COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG!! Pain is the NUMBER ONE SYSMTOM OF THE DISEASE. That I've had for nearly three decades. I am in my mid 40's btw. And I've had some absolutely fantastic rheumotologists that have helped make my quality of life so much better. But apparently they, and all of medical science regarding this disease, are wrong. I take medication to fight off symptoms and further degeneration. Apparently that's wrong as well.

Terrible communication from the doctor to her patients and staff. Doctor never calls to read results and her assistant provides wrong information. It’s nearly impossible to reach out to the doctor by phone. The line isn’t picked up. I don’t recommend this provider at all.
