The office staff was very helpful gave me all the help I needed and I am grateful and I thank them Dr Amin listens first, ask me questions then checked my issue. She gave me a direction to help me and a program to get better. She even gave me the the support to take the necessary paper work to get all done immediately. I am so glad. I had no stress in this visit and not confused about moving forward. The best Doc!

My experience with Dr. Minerva Santos is always a pleasant one. It's like seeing an old friend and picking up where you left off, each time I see her. She Is an amazing professional in her field and as a person.

Although I hadn't had a PCP in over 15 years, Dr. Tsai was very open and understanding. He seemed up to the challenge of working with a self-proclaimed biohacker and helping to reduce the number of supplements I take by finding the root cause(s) of my issues. Some docs can be critical of alternative therapies, but I felt no judgement from Dr. Tsai when I told him everything I've been doing for my health on my own. When I showed him the pdf I prepared with my full medical/family history, meds, supp's, peptides, genetic markers, health concerns, and desired tests, he carefully reviewed it and asked that I send it to him. Our first visit left me feeling understood and optimistic that I've found a good health partner.

Very relaxed and professional experience. The nurse or MA was very knowledgeable in taking history and did not over-inflate the BP cuff to the point of pain. Much appreciated. Dr. Tsai spent a lot of time getting to know me and my history. Asked good questions and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that they looked at me, not just a screen, and we were both able to see the screen where they was viewing my record. Also appreciated that a quick use of physical assessment skills preceded writing a requested referral. Dr. Tsai showed familiarity with the supplements I take. Fulfilled all the expectations I had based on their online profile that led me to select as my provider.
