I consistently wait 30 minutes minimum. Often, I wait for the nurse and then have to wait another 20-30 minutes for the Dr.
There is no sound proofing. I heard intimate details from other patients while waiting (as did any nurses or office workers).
I've emailed a form multiple times that I requested be filled out, and have received no response.
I was asked to return for more bloodwork, and never received any feedback on the results of either test other than the online portal.
Very unsatisfied with this office.

Dr. Spitzer took careful notes of all of my symptoms (she literally had a pan and paper in her hands and focused on every symptom I shared with her). She genuinely cared about my issues. After our discussion, Dr. Spitzer conducted a general examination, and ordered additional blood work that was later conducted by her nurse. Additionally, Dr. Spitzer referred me to two specialists. She did not made any specific prognosis but noted that she would like to rule out a few things that will be confirmed by the specialists she referred me to. She did focus largely on my thyroid, and I’m assuming she’s already ruled out most of other possibilities.
Note: Dr. Spitzer’s nurse was also very kind and patient when I had a huge list of supplements to share with her while she was putting the information in the doctor’s file, including the symptoms I was experiencing. When I asked for water, she brought two and said: “just in case you want more” (that’s was nice.)

This was my first visit as I am new to the area, and I am so glad I found this great team. Very friendly staff (especially the nurse who took my vitals), and non-existent wait time. I was seen as soon as I checked in. Dr. Spitzer was thorough, polite, and easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my concerns without rushing me.
The office called me once test results were in to make sure I understood them, and I was able to view everything easily on the app which linked with the account I already had from the same hospital chain. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

Dr. Spitzer and her nurse Laura were helpful, efficient, informative and friendly.
This office is not one of those Big Med factories that make you wait an hour and see you for three minutes.
I'm waiting now on blood test results and a prescription but assuming those are smooth sailing, I highly recommend this place.

I just moved and was looking for a general practitioner. This appt was for an annual exam. The office was super clean! The staff was exceptionally professional and nice (it's rare to find an office full of nice people). The nurse was absolutely endearing. She had such wonderful bedside manner, was friendly and super professional. Dr. Spitzer was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and was able to make appropriate referrals. I think I have found my new general practitioner!
