Had my first appointment for a new patient visit with Dr. Robinson at NYPMG. I was seen on time and both the nurse (Oksana) and Dr. Robinson were excellent. They took a thorough history and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Robinson seems to genuinely like people and not rush through appointments. So far, so good.

I could not be happier. The wait time is long, but it’s long because he takes the time to listen to his patients and provide them with the best treatments. After being gaslit by my prior primary care doctor for years, I thought my symptoms were just something I had to deal with, he listened to everything I had to say and set up referrals for other specialists in order to get to the root of my problems which weren’t “just anxiety”. I felt heard, and seen for the first time.
