All was okay but I asked for her to send two prescriptions and she said that it was done, meanwhile the pharmacy never received my script and the office won’t answer my phone calls. I need my medication hence why I went to the appointment.

My experience at Dr. Karim's office was wonderful! The front desk staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful. I felt super comfortable with Dr. Karim. The appointment was efficient but I never felt rushed! Dr. Karim confirmed multiple times that I did not have any other questions. Really happy that I found this office!

Amazing experience!! Fantastic office. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The doctor and assistants were informed, intelligent, good listeners, and great giving shots and taking blood. Least painful shots ever, I barely felt them! Just a great experience overall, will definitely be coming back for my annuals and any other needs here. Best doctors office I’ve been to in almost 15 years in the city.

Dr. Rao and her staff are amazing! I was told what to do as soon as I walked in and saw the nurses and doctor right away.
Everyone was very friendly and communicative. They took a lot of time going over my history and past health and seemed to really care about being thorough.
Dr. Rao never made me feel rushed and talked to me like a human being. I brought her my first mammogram results that were inconclusive. She took the time to go line by line what the results meant and explained what to expect next.
I highly recommend Dr. Rao!

The medical assistence was rood and has an attitud .i was waiting for a doctor( rane rawo) .but women from the staff cam and told me the doctor not going to see u today maybe another day she said and the doctor not feeling safe around u .by the way im muslim women with ( niqab)means im covering my face .she told me i can waite in the waiting room so she can talked to a doctor and she can help me .i was waiting for 10 munite.i was busy looking my phone and then i heard a
