Yes would like to point out that Dr. Chang is very competent, friendly and keeps patients at ease if patient is nervous.

It was a video chat
The worst experience ever! Had a physical with the doctor because my regular doctor wasn't available and everything was wrong. Starting with the fact that my blood work was sent to the wrong lab and I had to pay out of pocket and the office didn't care about it and finishing with the fact that every time I was trying to see the doctor when I was sick, I was only offered the visit in 3 days. Who can wait for three days when they are sick? Please avoid this doctor.

Lisa Chang is a great primary care doctor along with all the nurses & others in the staff, I am very pleased I have this place to go to they always accommodate me 100% when needed... I recommend this facility at anyone who needs proper care & most of all RESPECT...
Dr. Chang is great, she listened to all my concerns and ordered the bloodwork that needed to be done. She even personally called me to let me know my bloodwork was ready, and explained how I can access it through the patient portal. Her bedside manner exceeds expectations, she's wonderful.
Dr Chang is the main reason why I continue to stay. She is attentive and is a true professional. The office staff are friendly and ensures that you get the help you need. You don't find medical offices as friendly and helpful.
