Dr. Flores is a great asset to the NYP group. He asks a lot of questions and more importantly, listens to the answers.

I needed a new PC doctor and found Doctor Flores to be a doctor with whom I felt confident and comfortable. He was friendly asked good questions gave me good advice about my weight concerns and ordered tests when I told him I was concerned about feeling tired so often

I was disappointed that all he did was take blood and urine and then didn't even bother to get back to me with the test results so he could explain the results to me. All he did was give a quick exam and take blood, urine and refer me to a nutritionlist and an endocrinologist who isn't taking any patients until 2025. It was a useless visit. Never going back there.

Initial visit with new primary went well. He asked many questions and we established why I was there. Office apologized for longer than normal wait and set up follow up visit in six months. Dr. Flores was very nice and thorough in his visit.

While the doctor is nice, this office has been absolutely awful in communicating about results. I had irregular blood test results and they did not reach out to me on how to address the health issues. After multiple calls to please advise on how to handle the health issue, NO ONE responded. That is completely irresponsible and, quite frankly, dangerous. I am switching doctors and advise that people here do the same. If a doctor or his office can't find the time to explain results to their patients, they do not deserve to be in business.

Dr Flores is thoughtful and knows my medical condition in and out. He is a careful lister and gets me healed and well :) He does not over prescribe and provides thoughtful information about diagnosing me and how to heal. He is an amazing doctor and we need more doctors like him!
