Dr. Dow is thorough and cares a great deal about gathering us much information as she possibly can to properly serve her patients. She asked me several questions about my current and past healthcare providers and diagnosis. She and her team are amazing. I truly appreciate the receptionists and cannot go without mentioning nurse Yamilet! I am very particular about needles and she was very kind, patient, and understanding, which made it easy for us to work together. I would highly recommend this team and if you’re lucky, you’ll have Yamilet draw your blood!??

Dr Dow was ok. My appointment was constantly interrupted 3 or 4 times by the nurse coming into the room wanting to talk to the doctor about computer issues and other patients. It was very disruptive and annoying.

I was hurried in and out and felt more like cattle than a human being. The nurse who was the only person to wear a smile unfortunately made it apparent that my appointment (made through zocdoc) wasn’t properly scheduled on their end. She returned to the exam room multiple times to rush the doctor saying over and over “you’ve got two out there, you’ve got two”. The doctor was kind, asked plenty of questions and gave a lot of referrals, but there wasn’t much conversation regarding my health (maybe because she was in a rush). Blood was drawn, so perhaps the conversation will come after I get the results via the portal but honestly I doubt that. It was the most uncomfortable I’ve have ever felt in a doctors office, and the most unprofessional experience as well. I won’t return or recommend as this was not the right fit for me.

Dr. Menaged is excellent, and my husband and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and always asks if you have any questions or concerns. She is also incredibly friendly and explains everything thoroughly, making sure you feel informed and comfortable.
I completely trust her with my baby and will definitely continue bringing my child to her. She has an excellent bedside manner, and her front desk team and staff are just as kind and welcoming. Everyone is accommodating and professional, and they provide outstanding service.
I have no complaints at all. Keep up the great work!
