First time sitting with a psychiatrist and he has been so helpful, not just trying to write me a prescription but really understand my issues and how to best help resolve them for the long term. Early days but I got a lot from our first conversation. He also strikes a good balance between informal chat to serious discussion and inquiry which helped keep me at ease through a very turbulent time
