I call to see if I can come late or if I had to reschedule because I was running behind and the rep said I can still come late. I used the address that was texted to me 4 different times and it took me .5 miles away from the place so I had to turn around and find where I was supposed to be going and ended up even later I was then told when I arrived that I had to reschedule, which should’ve been disclosed on the phone the first time I called. all in all horrible communication I wasted a half hour commute to end up going to a different company entirely
