I was very impressed with all aspects of this office. I was contacted prior to my visit because a referral was required . Once the referral was sent their office called me to verify the receipt of the referral. Every staff person I encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr. Greenbaum was attentive and compassionate and laid out all the various options to treat my condition. I have high confidence that he is the right doctor and, if necessary, the right surgeon for me.

This is a great secondary location of Manhasset Orthopedics. This is my third visit to this location and I have been pleased every time with the entire experience. Dr. Greenbaum was able to diagnose my problem immediately and set me on a path to recovery.

Dr Greenbaum was awesome. I had X-rays taken upon my arrival by a very pleasant technician. Dr. Greenbaum came in so fast I was actually shocked. You usually have to wait quite a while before the doctor comes into the room. Not here. He was super friendly and addressed my problem with my knees immediately. I received cortisone shots in both knees and honestly, didn’t feel a thing. It’s been three hours since the shots and I feel amazing. Dr Greenbaum definitely knows his craft. Thank you Dr. Greenbaum. And kiddos to his amazing staff as well.

Dr. Greenbaum greeted me cordially as a new patient and diagnosed my problem well. He was honest and polite. However, I would have liked to receive more information about physical therapy and causes of my condition.

Dr asked to do a MRI, and said I have to do a x-ray before MRI as that will be accepted by insurance, although I have done x-ray before already. But the MRI office never came back to me. I called 20+ times to follow up and no one picked up. Later, I contacted the doctor's office to ask for help and they said they cannot do anything but transferring my call their MRI department, and then no one responded.
The office was efficient. Gracious and prompt Dr greenbaum was friendly. Listened to me with interest about my complaints. He had a plan of treatment and let me voice my concern . He was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident and very hopeful
