At Oasis Women’s Wellness Center in Atlanta, GA, our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized care that supports women through every stage of life. Led by board-certified OB/GYNs Dr. Candace Gates and Dr. Crystal Welch, our practice is dedicated to helping women prioritize their health, wellness, and confidence.
We offer a wide range of gynecology services, from annual well-woman exams, birth control, and family planning to menopause management and hormone therapy. Our physicians specialize in diagnosing and treating complex conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and abnormal bleeding, ensuring each patient receives expert, individualized treatment. For added convenience, we provide same-day appointments, on-site ultrasounds, and colposcopies, so patients can access high-quality care without long waits.
At Oasis, we also recognize that women’s wellness goes beyond gynecology. That’s why we offer a variety of services to support overall health and confidence, including a weight loss program, Botox® and dermal fillers, and vaginal rejuvenation. I felt very dismissed, kind of came off very passive aggressive and was getting frustrated with me not full understanding some of the things she tried explaining. Honestly, felt worse than I did going in. It was my first time at a gynecologist and the experience was ruined from me. There was so much miscommunication at what my exact appointment was for, and just felt like I wasn’t taken seriously or listened to whatsoever.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Crystal Welch which went amazing. She really listened to my concerns and didn’t rush the appointment at all. She explained everything clearly and was professional, kind, and very easy to talk to. I’m really glad I found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good OB-GYN.

I just felt really dismissed, and the doctor barely spoke to me. I was in pain, and received no reassurance or compassion. Maybe others have had better experiences, but I won’t be going back. I’m honestly hesitant to go to another obgyn for fear of similar treatment.

Doctor Crystal Welch was absolutely lovely! She was very professional and so was her staff. My wait was very short. I would highly recommend her as an OBGYN. She provided great service and her bedside manner was great!

the front office was kind however pregnancy hormones had me all over. My car tire busted and took away from my copay. I tried to work it out and it seem I could get billed but when I start crying I was taken to the back… the lady tried to reason with me but didn’t know I was a christian. I said out of frustration lord I can’t do this by myself and then she suggested I don’t and to get an abortion. that kind of response is why I am keeping my baby a secret right now to protect myself from evil words so as a physician she should be mindful. now i understand why everything went wrong that day because God didn’t want me to be there. To be clear Im a data analyst who does well but the circumstances that day had my back against the wall. My partner is a veteran that can’t find work right now so he also stated he got cold stares when I abruptly walked out. One should not assume he just wasn’t a good person who is trying. I won’t book again.

The Dr I booked with was occupied by a C-section, the staff there was able to get me quickly transferred to another practitioner. They were very apologetic about the wait but it wasn't bad at all especially with the last minute change.
