Dr. Shelton was wonderful. She was so kind and listened to everything. She was reassuring and thorough. The office is clean and nice. The front desk and medical assistant were also very friendly. Phlebotomist was very rude and had no bedside manner. She blamed me that she couldn’t draw my blood so I went across the street to the lab and they got it, no issue. Otherwise recommend the office.
Time Managment and there is no responsibility of staff to update patient if doctors are running late this must be improved a lot so patient time is not wasted as in USA time is money
I scheduled an appointment because I’m expecting but wasn’t able to see the doctor. I arrived on time and tried to check in. The receptionist began asking me questions and by my answers she told me I wasn’t able to be helped today because I may not had been far enough. If I schedule an appointment for something I expect to see the doctor I booked and not a receptionist try to tell me what I am, I’m not going to explain everything about myself in a lobby of people. This is an emotional time and I have 100s of questions and I’ve been waiting weeks to see a physician. I should’ve been able to.
I read the good reviews about Dr Shelton, but I was still impressed with how awesome she was! Capable, kind, curious, and thorough, I felt seen and confident I was in good hands. She asked a lot of questions, gave good advice, didn't rush the exam, and told me all my options for continued care. She didn't seem surprised or judgey that I do not want children, which is a common reaction. I liked her very much. I will definitely return to her as long as she is practicing!
