My elbow pain had been getting worse over the last 6 months while playing pickleball, and I heard from my friend that Dr. Salamatipour was really good so I gave him a chance. I was tremendously pleased with the time and care he took to do the evaluation by reviewing all my prior test results, doing an exam and even scanning my elbow with the ultrasound to show me where the issue was. He then gave me several treatment strategies to pick from, and I opted for the "needle tenotomy" procedure which was surprisingly quick and easy (did same day in the office and I walked right out after). I'm roughly 2 weeks out from the injection and about 90-95% of my pain has already disappeared this early on! He's been walking me through a rehab plan as well and I feel incredibly hopeful that I can return to active life without constantly thinking of pain. Thank you for everything!

I went to OC MSK for my ongoing shoulder pain that hasn't improved with pills and therapy. I even saw a surgeon who told me there were no good options. When I found Dr. Ash he had several recommendations and I chose to do a PRP injection since I wanted to get back to tennis as soon as possible, and I'm really glad I did. After the first few days my pain quickly improved and now I'm able to go about my day without the constant shots of pain in my shoulder.

I had a great experience with Dr. Salamatipour. He was incredibly attentive and thorough throughout my visit. He took the time to carefully review all of my documents and medical history, listened closely to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed.
What stood out most was the genuine amount of time and attention he gave me. It felt like he truly wanted to understand what I’ve been dealing with rather than just getting through the appointment. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very engaged throughout the entire visit.

I have been dealing with chronic neck pain for years and have tried so many things, including acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic treatments, without much relief.
