Melissa's mission here is evident through her thoughtful engagement in conversation and genuine concern for her patients. For example: they validate parking because they don't believe barriers like arbitrary small fees should keep people from receiving the care they need. Melissa was welcoming to me as a queer person and expressed that she provides comprehensive care to trans people as well if my friends or partners needed to find care. I felt comfortable and safe with her, and I highly recommend her services (but selfishly want to keep their availability to myself!)

I received the pre registration forms to be filled out online. I filled out the forms and received many notifications reminders for my appointment. On my way to the appointment, I received a call from this office stating that they don’t accept my insurance.
Funny thing is that when filtering out a doctor on Zocdoc this doctor was the first one that was listed on the list for my insurance, my reason for seeking a doctor and availability.
This office knew what kind of insurance I had but still booked the appointment and waited till the day of my appointment to tell me that my appointment is cancelled but they can find me another doctor.

Me is very friendly always ready to see me. There's no wait time. Me is very thorough during our visit and examination. Me is a good listener and very helpful.. Me is very caring with her patients. Me is very professional and seems to do the best for her patients.
