At Ocean Breeze Behavioral Health and Wellness, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual. My approach is holistic and patient-centered, integrating medication management with supportive therapy to address the full picture of mental health.
I believe in meeting patients where they are—whether they are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, or the emotional impact of complex medical conditions. With a background in Neuro ICU care, I bring a deep understanding of both the psychological and physical aspects of health, especially during times of stress and crisis.
Appointments are designed to be timely, thoughtful, and collaborative. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their treatment decisions.
I offer both in-person and virtual visits, accept insurance as well as self-pay, and strive to make mental health care accessible, efficient, and meaningful.
