Ocean Park Wellness

Natural medicine has been my passion and I love to support my patients in promoting optimal health. This individualized approach delves into finding the underlying root cause as well as discovering the interconnections between body systems. My goal is to promote individual empowerment, health and balance by utilizing both Eastern medicine and science-based natural medicine from the Western perspective. My undergraduate degree was in Cultural Anthropology from University of California, Santa Cruz. After doing a trip around the world, I received a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters of Science in Acupuncture from Bastyr University in Washington. I studied Functional Medicine at the Functional Medicine Institute in Washington state. I stayed in WA for 20 years and built a very busy successful primary care practice with my darling husband, Max. We sold that practice in 2020 and set off across the country to Florida. (Note: Naturopathic Medicine is not licensed in Florida and I practice here exclusively under my Acupuncture license.) Acupuncture is an amazing tool that I feel so fortunate to be able to utilize helping people with a large range of physical, mental and emotional symptoms. I love to spend time walking on the beach, gardening and travelling far and wide (I have been to 43 countries so far!). I am honored to share my care and knowledge with patients in Florida.
