Dr. Shokeen was kind and extremely helpful and not to mention very knowledgeable. She gave me a routine for my hormonal acne that was simple, effective and inexpensive. I would highly recommend her. Also the medical assistants in the office we were caring and friendly.

I’m fully obsessed with Dr. Shokeen and so grateful to have found her. She listened to all my concerns and answered my many questions thoroughly and patiently. She wasn’t dismissive and I didn’t feel rushed. I even had another question while checking out at the front desk and she answered that one as well without hesitation. The front desk staff were also kind and patient. Highly recommend her!

I came in to see her with so much anxiety about a suspicious mole after I noticed it, and it kept me up all night the evening before. She was able to get me in last minute to take a look and do an assessment. She really helped to put my mind at ease, and was very thorough while explaining everything.
I actually thought she only did dermatology when booking the appointment so when I found out she does cosmetic procedures this made things even better! Now it’s a one stop shop for my skin health as well as my cosmetic concerns!

Honestly, the overall experience was great, but docked a star because of a receptionist who was acting very rude when I was filling out my paperwork. I refused to sign a certain form since it wasn't necessary and this woman gave the receptionist who was helping me dirty looks not once, BUT TWICE, throughout my explanation. It clearly was not her business, but why would you also judge someone for deciding to opt out of a voluntary form? It was incredibly rude and unnecessary.
Overall, Dr. Tang and the receptionist who helped me, Helen, were great. It was a surprise that I did not see the doctor who I booked seeing as I received at least five reminder notifications/alerts all confirming the original doctor who I booked with, but I was not disappointed with Dr. Tang. She was attentive, caring, understanding, and transparent. I felt comfortable in her care. Helen was kind and compassionate, and I appreciate her patience.
