i have had few appointments online since the near the end of Covid and I was/am not familiar with doxyme platform. For reasons yet unknown to me I was not able to enable my speakers and used up 10 -1 5 minute of appointment time trying to fix the issue. I was not successful but, Paul was patient and came up with a solution. It was so refreshing to have a doctor tell me what they WILL do rather than what they will not due which has been the case lately. He addressed the reason for my visit thoroughly with a very cheerful approach. I will be more prepared for my next visit at the end of the month. If you are a person who has lost their PCP or for any reason I would highly recommend this provider.
