Everyone was friendly and professional and I absolutely loved the dentist. She solved my dental issue quickly and completely and was very pleasant. Very positive experience. My copay was surprisingly small, so I know that this practice’s charges are very reasonable.

All I wanted was a chipped tooth repaired. They ( the office staff) that they would NOT repair my tooth unless I came in and had my teeth cleaned and exrayed. It had only been 3 months and my insurance would not pay for that. They didn't care so I told them I would go elsewhere. They were more than happy to say goodbye. Good riddance.

Reception was cold and negative - apparent issues with online service - otherwise staff was nice - slow, but knowledgeable - don’t expect to get any work done in a timely manner - I was looking to get a tooth fixed and instead they are worried about cleaning!

I visited the same day as first online reviewer. Consultation rather than cleaning was unexpected, but not much bother. Office explained separate appointment was to allow time to evaluate the degree of cleaning necessary before my return, so I wouldn’t get less than I required - or paid more than needed. I found all techs and doctors to be a real pleasure to interact with. The work done was very good; my fillings nicely formed. With my cleaning on later date, I didn’t leave feeling I’d gotten as intense a scrub as I’d received at other places, but I found the attention to details about certain aspect of my oral health more transparent and cared for than at other DDS. Two issues: the receptionist was a bit abrasive on each visit, and the automated appointment confirmation service called repeatedly despite already marking I’d be attending as scheduled. Also, I was charged a higher amount than my “good-will estimate” had prepared me for. I will return, but there are areas for improvement

I booked an appointment for a cleaning, but to my surprise, it turned out to be just a "consultation." It definitely felt like an upsell attempt before they would agree to do a simple cleaning. Which they said they were not doing at the appointment and would have to be a different appointment. It was unexpected and a bit frustrating.
