I always look forward to my weekly sessions with Ms Barker. I actually told her today that for the first time in a long time I am happy with Me; the woman I have been working on, my growth / my healing. And, even though all is not 100 percent well, I attribute this feeling of self love to the works and lessons with Ms Barker. She is calm, her voice is soothing, her out look is nurturing but one of her greatest attributes as a therapist is that she is Relatable. We come from different cultural backgrounds and that has never posed a problem or made me feel like she didn't understand my prospective. She has helped me through the death of my mother and through physical violation. She has made a positive difference in my life. I would refer Ms Barker with confidence to anyone I know.
