Ohana Medical Direct Primary Care
Ohana Medical also offers one time appointments for new patients at $150. The cost for a follow up visit for existing patients is $110. No insurance required. We do not bill insurance, so there will never be a copay for your visit.
Dr. Chow is board-certified in Family Medicine with additional training in wilderness medicine, office-based surgical procedures, and lifestyle medicine. He has been practicing for nearly 10 years in Colorado.
