I enjoyed the professionalism and the portal usage. My picture to my portal page during the visit. Staff was aware of my profile through portal. and follow-up appointment was booked while still in exam room, reducing time at counter. As for exam, I left confident in the direction of remediation.

They listened to every concern, talked me through the procedure, follow up, and answered every question I had in a clear, easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend Hailey and this office. The scheduling process online was easy and convenient. No waiting. Hailey was very personable and informative. It was nice that she could do the procedure same day and even did a complete skin check for me even though that is not why I scheduled the appointment.
